Below is a complete walkthrough of how the Suretty system works from start to finish.

Step 2: 7-Day Activation Period

Once your details are verified, a 7-day activation period begins.
This waiting period ensures:

Your loan status remains current
You are not joining due to an immediate past-due crisis
You understand how the system works
Suretty can begin you at the correct starting level: 25% coverage

Why 7 days?

It protects the program from abuse while still giving members fast access to support when hardship strikes.

Step 3: Submit an Assistance Request

When you need help, you contact Suretty to submit a coverage request.

What we confirm:

Your hardship situation
The correct payment amount due
That your auto loan is not yet past due
Your current Suretty coverage level (25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%)

Your request must meet:

Payment must be upcoming (not overdue)
You must be within your eligibility window
You must not have any unpaid Suretty balance

Once these checks are complete, we proceed to the next step.
